The other day, I went to “Kyoto Gion Sasaki“.
Whenever the beautiful food was served to the guest tables, and whenever the chef explained to them about it, the whole restaurant echoed with people’s sound of oohing and wowing.
Every detail flattered all our senses and worked out for enjoying their food.
It was nice to eat at the counter table.
I guess it’s only our Japanese culture to have a meal at them.
And so, these Japanese restaurants “Yonemura“, “Nishibuchi Hanten“, and “Wine bar SAYURA” had ones too.
It makes their food way more delicious, I think.
Seeing the process that many kind of autumn ingredients to be cooked was just like magic.
I was like, “Wait, you make it here? And now it’ll be mixed with noodles…? You sure you use this?”
Anyway it was amazing although it made my heartbeat so fast in awhile.
Hase-yan looked like a calm state as always.
And Ken-chan from Soga fainted as I thought.
I think Kyoto is really a great place.
