去る2023年6月8日に、六本木店にてナパ・ヴァレーの「ケール・ワインズ」さんのワインイベント行いました。

「ケール・ワインズ」さんは、フランス・ローヌ地方に影響を受け、パルメイヤーで最年少のパーフェクト・スコアを獲得した実力派のケール・アンダーソンさんが手掛けるワイナリーです。
弊社代表の八島が、ナパヴァレー・ヴィントナーズ主催の4月のナパ研修ツアーで、ケール・ワインズのチームとディナーをご一緒する機会に恵まれたのですが、彼らのワインとその人柄に感銘を受け、来日のタイミングにあわせて、イベントを開催することとなりました。
料理は、NVV駐日代表でワイン&フードスペシャリストの小枝絵麻さんがアレンジ。

ペアリングコンセプトは、和の調味料と旬の食材をブリッジに持ち寄り、ワインの繊細な味わいと余韻を引き伸ばしたいと考え、アレンジしました。

On June 8, 2023, we held a wine event featuring Napa Valley’s “Kale Wines” at our Roppongi store.

Kale Wines is a winery influenced by France’s Rhône region, founded by Kale Anderson, who achieved the youngest perfect score at Pahlmeyer.
Our company’s representative, Mr. Yajima, had the opportunity to dine with the Kale Wines team during the Napa Valley Vintners’ Napa Training Tour in April. Impressed by their wines and their character, we decided to hold an event to coincide with their visit to Japan.
The cuisine for the event was arranged by Emma Koeda, NVV’s Japan representative and a wine and food specialist.
