We began operations in Maebaru in 1983 and opened in Tenjin in 2000, establishing our hachibei-yakitori style. Hachibei undertook the new challenge of opening syoninbashi in 2004.
Most people think of yakitori as cuisine catering to middle-aged businessmen. We wanted to change that perception. What is new? What is our policy? What is comfortable for our customers? An important person answered those questions for our owner Katsunori Yashima.
